The proceedings of the meeting commenced at 2:00 pm.
Members and officers were upstanding for the opening prayer.
3 RECOGNITION OF SERVICE MEN & WOMEN
Council acknowledges the sacrifice made by Australian service men and women, in particular those who gave their lives in defence of the freedom we enjoy today.

That Council endorse the following draft documents for public exhibition for a minimum period of 28 days pursuant to the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW): a. Draft 2024/2025Operational Plan (as tabled); b. Draft 2024/2025 Revenue Policy (as tabled); c. Draft 2024/2025 Fees and Charges (as tabled); d. Draft 2024/2025 Operational Budget (as attached); and e. Draft 2024/2025 Capital Works Program (as attached).
